Pulverizer discs for plastics materials

We can manufacture any type of pulverizer disc for any brand and any model of microniser from diameter 180mm until 900mm.

For the manufacture of our pulverizer discs, we use German top quality steel reference 1,2379 tempered at 56-58 HRC in our own ovens.
We make your custom-made blades or in stock depending on the model of the pulverizer.
We can adapt your discs depending on the micronized material (PVC, PC, PE…). Our experience in the micronisation / pulverizing and recycling activities allowed us to work directly with the biggest pulverizers manufacturers.

Apart from the manufacturing service, we also provide a very quick and very efficient re-sharpening service where we take care about everything: pick-up, re-sharpening and delivery.

Depending on the pulverizer you are using, we can also substitute segments by full discs.

Granulator blades for plastic materials

Apart from being specialised in the micronisation / pulverizing, AOP INTERNATIONAL is also specialised in the granulation activity.

We manufacture any type of blade for any type and any brand of granulator.

As we do for our pulverizer discs, we use for the granulator blades German top quality steel 1,2379 tempered at 56-58 HRC.

We have our own park of digital machines (CN) to manufacture custom-made blades or in stock depending on the model of your granulator. We can manufacture teeth-blades for difficult materials to regrind.

Apart from the manufacturing service, we also provide a complete, quick and efficient re-sharpening service. Rectification possible until 4 metres.

We take care about everything: collecting your blades and delivering them.
